Job Description

  • Engage early in (pre-) project stages to provide analysis of, and consultancy on, how to effectively transition the solution from project to support. Requires close alignment with support and operations teams.
  • Manage day-to-day activities for the projects within your area of focus
  • Provide integrated planning of transition requirements for solutions from project to operational support
  • Status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Engage and communicate issues, investigate and suggest options to enable progress, and challenge decisions where necessary.
  • Ensure learnings and lookbacks are captured and communicated
  • Act as trusted advisor to project teams, delivery teams, operate and support organisations.
  • Consult on ways to continuously improve and develop the transition and support process in line with different types of Project management
  • Provide guidance and advice on transition to support of new services and enhancements to current services
  • Provide escalation and functional assurance for Business projects
  • Develop End to End Support Models
  • Deliver Service Level Agreements, ensuring alignment of E2E SLA within associated agreements and contracts
  • Assure the solution is compliant with relevant compliance & security standards
  • Assure that all operate costs related to the solution have been identified and accepted
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness of implemented Supportability requirements
