• Excellent communication, both written & verbal is a must. Should be able to communicate effectively with our international partners.
• Our games are data driven. Hence the candidates should have the ability to understand and interpret the data provided by the Analytics team.
• Should be good in team management. You will have to assist Game Producers in managing a team of artists and developers and should be coordinating with the POCs of various teams.
• We need candidates who are proactive, very organized and have excellent time management capabilities. You need to ensure that your team is on par with the set timelines.
• Should have a process oriented mindset.
• Having an interest towards gaming is highly appreciated. Should have the ability to understand various game features.
• Should have an intellectual curiosity and should be keen to learn new things.
