Job Description

As an ATPM, you will be responsible for continuous improvement of Cashfree experience for all our customers and end- users. You will dream big but identify and take small steps towards achieving that goal. You will receive great feedbacks at every step of the development cycle from your peers to our customers and end- users.

What You Will Need:

  • MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong communication skills, analytical capabilities and strong persuasive skills
  • Ability to communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and change control
  • Stakeholder management is required
  • Exposure to Agile and exposure to Software Development

Skills Required

  • Handle one or more programs independently.
  • Take ownership of the overall program planning process, program schedule and initiate process improvements when identified.
  • Assess risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, provide escalation management
  • Resolve complex, cross-functional product and engineering dependencies.
  • Make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints wherever needed
  • Create and maintain program level dashboards to enable effective project management.
  • Support agile processes and tools, including Jira projects and workflows
  • Be customer centric. Create a program level culture of keeping the customer interest first
